Collective Founder & President Richard B. O’Neill
40 years in multi-unit housing management, development and management
oversight.
Administrative Vice President Susan M. Corbett
23 years experience in housing management, including employee records
and payroll, accounts payable/receivable, HUD regulations, HUD/LIHTC
computer compliance programs, Notary Public.
Vice President Richard Brendan O’Neill
14 years experience in housing. Handles day to day maintenance operations,
oversees maintenance staff, certified Energy Conservation specialist.
Vice President Maura O. Burke
4 years experience in affordable, low income housing, with extensive
computer programming experience, including HUD/LIHTC compliance programs.
