Griffin House is federally subsidized through the Department
of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) PRAC 202 program. Rents are based on
a resident's gross annual income. Residents pay 30% of their gross annual
income for rent. Heat, hot water, and gas are included in your monthly rent.
We have a parking area in the rear of the building for an additional charge
each month.
